Ski Discovery is just 15 mins away for skiing (alpine & nordic), snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and the areas ONLY lift-serviced downhill mountain biking.
Tucked at the end of the culdesac, the Copper Cabin at Georgetown Lake is a great place to unwind. With 3 bedrooms, including a bunk room for the kiddos, this home has space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen has a large island and everything you could need for hosting your weekend getaway. The primary suite has a king bed, attached ensuite bathroom, and closet. There is a laundry & half bath on the main floor. Downstairs, you'll find the bunk room with 2 bunk beds, football table and a 3rd bedroom with queen Bed & single bunk. The large fenced yard is perfect for the little ones to adventure while still staying close.
Just down the road is The Lakeside Marina at Georgetown Lake (private) with boat launch & fishing access.

Enjoy the NEW barrel sauna, or relax by the fire pit after a long day of adventuring. Sleep comfortably with the new central air conditioning.
Central to Ski Discovery, Georgetown Lake, Old Works Golf Course, Fairmont Hot Springs, the CDT, the Anaconda-Pintler Wilderness and many other hiking, biking, fishing & snowmobiling locales.
With its sprawling front porch and upstairs dormer window, this home is a true 1900 craftsman. It was renovated in summer of 2023 from the crawlspace all the way to the roof, redesigning the interior space to be a welcoming, open floor plan.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking so you can keep fueled for your adventures. From a crock-pot to a roasting pan, and everything in between, you'll be ready create your 5 star meal or breakfast of champions.
The beds are comfy - a queen in the lower bedroom with a loft bunk above for your kiddo, and a king bed upstairs. The upstairs bedroom has the sloping ceiling of a true craftsman, so be sure to watch your head! Be sure to take in the view of the "C" and "A" hills from the upstairs windows...the golden leaves in fall, and the snow capped mountains in the winter.
Out back, you'll find a gas grill for your convenience and a fully fenced yard for Fido. During the warmer months, you'll find relaxing outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit.
The Sapphire Adventure Cottage is located right downtown - walking distance to Jordi's TexMex Cantina and just a short bike ride or drive over to the brewery, shops, Old Works Golf Course & more. While we love the charm of downtown, please note that there are wonderful full-time residents on either side of our property. Please be respectful of quiet times, and be a Good Neighbor. We also have town deer that frequent the property.

Welcome to Flynn's Loft, the heart of Irish Country - Butte, Montana. This modern loft features high ceilings, tons of light and an open floor plan.
Enter through the garage, where there is plenty of room to park your car (or park in one of the two assigned off-street parking spaces). Head upstairs to your loft retreat.
In the loft, you will find a spacious open floor plan, complete with a full kitchen. Open up the glass overhead door and enjoy the cool Montana breeze while enjoying a microbrew or tasting from one of the many distilleries in the area. There is a full-size sleeper sofa available for your guests.
The custom bathroom features large sliding doors and a huge glass enclosed rain shower.
Pass through the bathroom to find a luxurious primary bedroom, with tall ceilings and a walk-in closet. The comfortable queen bed is perfect for ending your night out on the town. Be sure to take in the evening view of Our Lady of the Rockies, as she lights up the Butte sky.
Please note: Stairs required and may not be suitable for kids or adventurous dogs. Bathroom is situated between kitchen & bedroom; see floor plan.
